Thomas Foulkes has 25+ years of engineering experience. He has spoken at conferences for historic building renovations. His projects have received ASHRAE and ACEC awards. He is a LEED accredited professional and has worked on more than a dozen LEED projects including ones that have received every energy credit possible. He is licensed in Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, Delaware, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania.

His work outside of his own firm has included security checkpoints at BWI airport, systems that used sewage gas to power office building air-conditioning, several LEED schools, project manager for the Red Line and Purple Line light rail systems, and the complete replacement of the HVAC system for the Maryland State House.
